To add to this useful piece of info provided by PKV Sir there was something on PQWL which i had found.Sharing something on the same.Some of you may have already seen it before. It was in this same site.
Pooled Quota WL-This quota has got very few seats allotted, sometimes even in single digits. This is the most complex of all the quotas. Though the waiting numbers are in sequence, confirmation is not in sequence.
