hi ......can anyone tell me the 18464 prashnati express is why late. today... it is yet to start from source station..and is it possible to file TDR for the tatkal ticket , if the train is late by 3 hrs

Its late since the incoming 18463 Prashanti is running late...Yes you can file TDR you are eligible for refund after deduction of Cancellation charges+IRCTC + Bank charges.
