mikeross 46 blog postsI have two tickets of 22914 NDLS BCT Premium express departing today. I booked the tickets yesterday for 11000 rupees (2 AC) But the train is cancelled. As this is a premium train, I called the customer care to know the procedure for cancellation and refund. The customer service told me to send an email requesting the refund of your ticketand not to cancel it as we do with normal tickets.
After sending the mail, the reservation status in my booking history became "CANCELLATION PENDING" I want to know what does this term mean? Will I get the full refund in case of premium train being cancelled?
