ये सब सिर्फ कागज़ पे ही रहता है , असल में ना कोई रोक लगेगी ना कोई जुर्माना होगा , दैनिक यात्री ऐसे ही पहले के तरह आम यात्रियो को परशान करते रहेंगे , अभी TTE बिरादरी में इतनी हिम्मत नहीं की वो इन दैनिक यात्रियो को उतार सके या जुर्माना वसूल कर सके

Hmm.... I hope that such seat fighting does not happen at Mughalsarai Jn. Kindly keep us updated from MGS through some photos and videos.... the station needs immense improvement, especially clean tracks and a urine odor free air to breath. MGS is only 9/10 for Rail Fanning Sessions and 10/10 for Sight seeing by Rail Fans :-)

This is not possible and earlier also the MST was not allowed in Sleaper coaches but all MST users travelling so no impact of this Rule.Daily Passenger should get more EMU for Delhi first then this could be applicable.
