When railway cancels train then railway gives full refund .. but "JUST" full refund is enough ???
passenger books ticket 3-4 month before and is heavily dependent on IR;; some miss exam , some miss doctor appointment due to train cancel...
these days particularly railway cancels train so easily and gives priority to freights because freight is imp to them....

not at all... railway just acts as helpless....
railways should run all of them on diverted routes.... railway should stop all freight of diverted routes .. this way congestion of diverted route will decrease..and you will get staff to run loco..
lekin railway to freight ko cancel kerne ke mood me hota hi nahin hai....i want to say to railway minister ki ye track freight ke liye nahin hai ... these track are for serving people of India so passenger train must be first priority....

He has to serve people by earning money from freight services.
these thing are nice to hear when these is normal routine going on... but when passenger are made to suffer for train cancellations then all these appear waste.
Specially in this time, when holidays etc are on and even tatkal tickets are hard to get.
Take an example, yesterday they cancelled 12249 Yuva, and ran 02265 special, why a regular train cancelled and special was run. Extra money.

I semi agree with you
When IR cancels a train we get full refund, but when we cancel we get some %age of amount back (zero in case of tatkal)
this is unfair
Although, demanding for twice or thrice the original amount is way too much
