this isnt easy lyk dis...NER has to make many transfers and need a good amount of staff for dat....and den a heavy change in tt will take pace...only a handfull of trains frm GKP will get eloco from GKP...frst one wud be LJN GKP ICE for sure...then SKD...if dey are unable to take CRS permission widin 31 August mayb GKP will just have to satisfy with eloco LJN GKP ICE
