BRC has only technical halts not as passenger halts.

You can deboard at BRC as it is a technical halt. But you will have to purchase a ticket from ERS-NZM.
People do get down in Technical stops in Duronto's.. No one objects and IR doesn't have any issues with that as passengers are paying end to end cost.
