Grievance Description : as we know that maximum running speed of sampurnkranti express 12393/4 has been speededup from 110kmph to 130kmph from 5th april 2014 and is also now running at 130kmph from above mention date. so now its time to speedup this train from 1st july 2014 and make it second rajdani in pnbe-ndls route. i have a proposed new time table for this train. for 12393: will depart from rjpb as it is at 05:35pm and pnbe at 06:00pm and shedule to arrive next day morning at 07:15am.(this will prevent overtake of pnbe raj as sk 12393 gets delayed due to pass of pnbe raj) for 12394: it will depart ndls at 05:25pm and should shedule to arrive pnbe at 06:10am.

Details : "Train timings are scheduled taking due consideration of larger interest of the general public. However, earnest efforts have been made to improve punctuality of train by:- i) Sensitization of staff involved in train operations towards importance of punctuality. ii) Prioritization of preventive maintenance of assets to minimize asset failures and rectification of failures in shortest possible time. iii) Better co-ordination with Civil and Police authorities of states to minimize delays arising out of law order problems."
