it can be bypassed via sambalpur city instead of entering sambalpur, so that loco doesnot need to be reversed and time is also saved same could be done also at talcher road bypass instead of entering talcher, loco not required reversal.
So, only there will be one reversal at Jharsuguda. Sufficient time is saved.

even JSG can be bypassed
If you zoom into the google maps, you'll find that a bypass already exists
IR should start operating passenger trains through it and make them halt at Jharsuguda Road instead (after developing the station)
