Today I booked a 3A ticket in 12432 Trivendrum Rajdhani from Nizamuddin to Panvel for travel on June 10,2015. I was given RQWL 15. I want to know why my waitlist is in RQWL while I am planning to board the Train at the starting point. Secondly is there a GNWL apart from this RQWL at Nizamuddin? What are the chances of confirmation?

RQWL/RSWL generally applies for bookings from starting station to an intermediate station and GNWL from starting to end.
