How one get tickets thru a ticket agent while not able to get thru counter or online.
How do the agents book tickets for passengers ! Do they have separate process/ quota / time span or anything else like taking advantage of rule or hacking systems etc.
OR They book just like any other person and still get tickets for the passengers.
