पश्चिम रेलवे की शान, पश्चिम सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस मेरी जान - Abdul Rehman

Travelled in 12462 Thirukural Exp on 07th Jun 2015 in AC3. I found used bed rolls being issued to passengers boarding frm Nagpur. I tried to book complsint but was denied Complaint book by the coach attendant Manigadhan Shivkumar.
However the TTE was helpful and also alloted me two berths as my tkt was having only one CNF berth and others were WL1,2,3.
