I think WCAM 3 should be continued for trains like Tapovan, Nandigram, Devagiri as these trains get electric loco only upto Manmad. anyhow the loco link changes to diesel. So there is no time wasted at igatpuri. Many WCAM will be idle now and there will be scarcity of pure AC loco.
So I guess trains which require electric loco till manmad can be continued with WCAM.
Same in case of trains moving via pune - like Sahyadri, Mahalakshmi, Koyna, Intercity, Deccan, Hyderabad exp, Hussainsagar, Channai express, etc.
