When the work is done b/w coi n STA, STA can become a loco change point till KTE STA is not complete.. What u say??
No the required staff for loco change is not present in sta and I think they will open traffic for e locos between coi mkp sta kte and some trains originating from rewa towards bina and bilaspur will get wap link and trains coming from coi and moving towards bina n bsp like kamayni shipra sarnath etc. while kte ald work gets completed..
