I hate this concept brother. Last week my friend travelled in BNC-BBS premium from BNC to VSKP and he said it is almost empty and he got 3AC ticket for just 1400/-. Instead I liked Tatkal special concept.
But, SRC ERS premium special is a superhit train. It costs Rs 1100 for SL from SRC to KPD for 13/6/15 (Ticket booked on 31/5/15). For 3A, it was Rs 5000. But, coach condition was pathetic.
Those premium special which runs almost empty should to be converted into Semi-Duronto Special. Pax can board/deboard from/at technical stoppages.
