sabyasachimukherjee2006gm 44 blog postsHi friends, I have to travel from Delhi back to Bangalore this 27th, so I was wondering about the Karnataka Sampark Kranti Express. It seems that I can get RAC in Sleeper only at this point because of the short notice.
So I was wondering, how is the Sleeper of this train? Does it get unreserved passengers in SL coaches like many others? Is it good in general?
Also, how will be the weather around the end of this month on the route? Will it be very hot? I am trying to decide...

12650 Karnataka Sampark Kranti is one of the best train to travel from Delhi to Bengaluru.
The waiting list passengers are also not much in train.
The Sleepers are maintained neat n clean.
No, it normally dont get unreserved passengers in Reserved class.

Book it in any class, it'll confirm.
The train is pretty good but for a non-railfan the journey might be slightly boring as it spans two days and one night (instead of one day and two nights).
Unauthorised encroachment in SL isn't alarmingly high but in such a weather, 3A/2A is recommended.

Travelled in sleeper 15 days ago n it was unbearably hot.. or hope monsoons ve cooled d heat down a bit!

As for railfanning uh, I want to go for SL because I can't hear the sound of the train well in 3A/2A :P It's only for these kind of rakes I guess, cos Rajdhani has a different rake and a different sound that I'm not too fond of, haha.
