No need to provide halt at COI. Only trains which goes towards mkp have halts at COI just for loco change. Ald alone can solve this purpose.

actually this will run & connect places which dont have halts fot HWH/SDAH - NDLS route .. pax has to go to nearby big stns to catch trains.. so getting tkts is tough as they have long WLs in SL class...
