Grievance Description : This case belongs to for EcoR; This is regarding the stoppage of train number 12843/44 (PURI-Ahmedabad) express; lesser patronage stations in Odisha like Sakhi Gopal,Khallikot,Khaluparaghat,Chatrapur are given stoppage for this train where as a B class station Sompeta (SPT) in SKLM district AP was not given a stoppages for this train; please furnish the reason for denying the stoppage to Sompeta and giving to KIT,SIL,KAPG; please justify KIT,SIL,KAPG stoppage for this train; Also please let me know whether any proposal sent to Railway Board regarding the stoppage of this train or any other train at Sompeta station in recent times; there were lot of people working as migrant labor from in and around Sompeta live in Surat,Gandhidham,Ahmedabad are finding difficult to board this train at Palasa station which is almost 40Kms by road at 10:30PM which is very difficult as finding connectivity at this time is difficult; Hence,I request the authorities to provide a halt for this 12843/44(PURI-ADI) and 18401/02(Dwaraka Exp) at SPT; Thanks, Kesav
