Even i had little fight with them in YPR-HWH 2 years back and lodged complaint at PG portal but nothing happened.
The main reason is that the Eunuchs work with GRP/RPF in profit sharing and that's why situation is horrible in all long distance trains of GN/SL and GR AC.
Ministry has blind eye on this all railyas extortion.
