please mamta madam start all train from bombay central as it is difficult to reach on time at bandra terminus due to heavy traffic & when we come back its difficult to find any taxi to reach at home mostly at early morning train as no taxi walla comes to bandra terminus bcoz the local traffic police take hafta from all taxi & rickshawalla of amount of rs 20/- or more as this type of incident is not there in bombay central station and there is more thief at the bandra terminus bcoz of the surronding local slum area there no action against the robbers as the railway police is also helping them in robbery mostly with senior citizen & ladies passanger this incident occur at late night train or in early morning train on the platform so please i request you to start most of the main train from bombay...

all metropolitan/major cities have more than one terminal for the simple reason that after a point all trains cannot be started/terminated at a single station due to parking problems, lack of platform etc. hence they are diversified to the other terminals in the same city. like mumbai, delhi, bangalore, chennai, kolkata all have more than one terminals. this is unavoidable and we all have to go to the new terminals.
but regarding the other problems, complaint can be made to traffic police, etc who may help you. not all policemen are bad. there are so many policemen who help others without any problems but are never appreciated.
