Please rate this train (return journey of /train/33726/1470/748) which will provide a dedicated connection to Mangalore and interior Karnataka from Delhi. It will also serve as a much faster connection between Hyderabad and Mangalore than the current KCG-MAQ express (which runs via Kerala). It will also be the first train to connect interior Karnataka with Mangalore.
If red flag, please give reasons.

There is a restriction to introduce more passenger trains in this route (the reason not so many trains between MAQ and SBC) based on some agreement during construction. More details, several posts from this forum.
I see. Thanks for the information!
And will you please rethink the red flag you gave this train: /train/33669 I have changed the arrival timings.

It is called HMRDA agreement. SWR's secret pact with agencies which restricts movement of passenger trains. 32 years agreement; 20 more years to go. till then you can plan any number of trains, all will be only in imagination.
Why should any agency be interested in restricting the movement of passenger trains?!
And what difference does it make to them if they start plying trains now instead of 20 years later? It seems to me to be a totally nonsensical agreement!

as per agreement, SWR can operate only few trains and more time/ resources are to be used for freight movements. more freight means more money. more benefit to stakeholders.
