Please help me out...can waiting rlwl 13/8 in train no 12522 class 3ac journey dated 5-07-15 from bpl to spj can get confirmed???please reply its quite urgent...

I have booked tomorrow's ticket in 11124 Gwalior mail from jhs to spj but now i dont want to go by that train coz the chances of missing the connecting train from bpl to jhs is quite high....Can you tell whats is cancellation charge of a 2nd ac ticket ???
