i hav booked 3 tickets on 06842 villupuram lokmanya tilak special from villupuram to lokmanya tilak terminus in mumbai thr irctc official website. after giving my booking details and payment details in the payment gateway of indian bank ( i hav booked my ticket thr indian bank debit card) it is showing an error message as"REDIRECT=(some ip path)". I checked my account and an amount of 1230 has been deducted for three tickets but i didn't receive neither my pnr nor my e-ticket. what shall i do? can anyone guide me regarding this problem???
