May be - this is the first time in around 10 years of this trains' run - it has reached / departed in the scheduled 23 minutes.
Scheduled time for IPR -> HIL is 23 minutes.
Today it covered IPR -> HIL in 22 minutes :D

i have calculated it many times.... minimum 30 minutes are required to cover 22-24 km between a and c with 1 halt in between at b for 24 coach train on wdp4/wap4 ..
