What is the difference between Loco reversal and Rake reversal ???

Saptagiri Express used to have locos at both the ends.. But now it runs with a single loco...!!!
Loco Reversal: Loco as well as rake reversal happens...Kaifiyat Exp @ SHG etc..
Rake Reversal: Loco detach & new Loco gets attached at rear...in such case, just Rake gets reversed...HWH Mumbai Mail @ ALD where WAP detach & WDP attaches!!!
