Strange Incident that happened to me today. I went to reservartion center for booking my ticket under telescopic fare from SC to Amethi with journey break at BPL. SC-BPL in 12721 Dakshin Exp and then BPL-AME in 12183 BPL PBH exp. I have been doing this since 2010 for every journey of mine. But the clerk (whom i have seen at Nature Cure station in hyderabad eversince i started doing this) informed me now this ticket cant be made. Reason: becoz in the system SC-AME is via ET and hence he is unable to book my ticket. Earlier there was no specific route defined from SC to AME and hence the ticket was possible. I went to another reservation center at Fatehnagar railway station again a MMTS station in hyderabad to confirm the same and alas the reply was again the same and in elaborated manner.

came as a shock and now I have to boo my ticket from SC-ALD in 12791 and then go from ALD to Amethi.
I feel railway should not feed any specific route for agiven set of station but rather leave it to the passengers on what route they prefer to travel.
Any suggestion or alternate option if possible please suggest.
