Grievance Description : Sir on 4th july the authority announced that the train no. 64007 is arriving on platform no. 13 but the train arrived on platform no.12. Due to monopoly in train business the railway department is running in own way and autocratic behavior so the following necessary step should be taken. 1. toll free number of railway is necessary for public grievances. 2. private player should be allowed to run train. here I want to say that when air india had monopoly then the fare was more and amenities was less but present day private player run air lines so the fare is less and amenities are more. 3. every station must be representative of public in the interest of public I hope you will take necessary action in the interest of public. Thank you
