Travelling by 14056 Brahmaputra Mail tonight from Old Delhi to Kanpur Central. The condition of the toilets are pathetic. Take a look for yourself. The stink is even present inside the coach (3AC). I have registered a complaint but I dont think anything will be done. Is there anyone on this forum who can take this up with the right authorities. Even the coach staff was not even close to being bothered about it, but rather sarcastic.

sir this is NR's trademark. Dirty coaches, rough attitude of on-board staffs. since you have registered your complaint I don't think they'll attend the train anywhere before cnb, albeit tdl has some hope.
