I saw this train yesterday at thane hauled by ET wdp4b.. Occupancy was almost 80℅ n I am sure there would have been people boarding it at Kalyan...composition was same as the updated compo of ltt nzm ac exp... So it currently has rsa with ltt nzm ac exp it seems.. It should be regularized with immediate effect
yess, it should be regularized, although some railfans hav confirmed it has been in d process and it will be regularized, still waiting for it ........
bilaspur ju bkn also running as special and not regularized...
