In page 3 of the Document you can see the Revised Codal Life of Electric Locomotives are 35 years under "ELECTRICAL ASSETS". Which is crossed by maximum WAM-4 Locomotives out of total 196 WAM-4 Locomotives currently running in Indian Railway(As per the Loco Bank details of E-Loco Website).
I also lodged a Grievance regarding Condemnation of WAM-4 Locomotives the Screenshot of which is also attached.

Closing Comments given by Railways: Locos are condemned on recommendation of committee of officer on age-cum condition Further it has been decided to manufacture only 3 phase locos ex CLW Chittranjan in future.
