Land cost should be awarded 4 times of the market value ,then people are ready to handover the land for the Railway Project.Moreover State govt shall be financially participated by allotting 50 % funds.Then these lines are materialized within 8 years .Otherwise it takes it own time of completion of 8 decade.If the state govt along with 50 % funding the project with Free Land for the project ,Then the project may be completed with in 5 years.
