Ap State govt, local Telugu association in mas should have also requested/ demanded a spl to rjy.
Sr can say few coaches agumeted in circar
And rrm-bbs weekly halt for 2 trips provided in rjy etc.

SR can say any thing...Even after so much demand also its saying no demand. I dont know how they arrived to it.
More than 10 lakh telugu people living in chennai. Most of the students and employees only. Many suffered to travel RJY, but still SR says no demand.

Frankly speaking other zones least bothered about godavari phuskar,sanskranti,duessara etc
Scr runned its trains to ecor areas like vzm,vskp,che,PvP during phushkaram.
Same it should have also done at least one to hindupur ,1/2 to egmore or central if they want but they didn't they might also have own reasons.
Even Sr got rakes too due to itarsi effect but still no SPL ...

IR should work as one country basis. Hope this zonal system will be changed as expert committee report implementation.
