Jamutawi express and Doon express are few trains which connect small towns to the other small/big towns, no need to upgrade that. Its better to extend the frequency of Himgiri from triweekly to daily or run this train separately without interfering with jamutawi exp. Well green just because of good TT.
You know what, you are right. I myself also support super crawlers sometimes because small town people also should get the connectivity. I made this TT cause this is the only daily connectivity. However, I think even if the train doesn't become sueperfast, it can be speed up at least. Will try to prepare a less slacked TT (without removing stoppages) of Jammu Tawi soon.
