Violating the concept of Rajdhani. Rajdhani should run from the State Capital to National Capital. Also why do we again need another train when already 4 Pairs of dedicated trains (Shivganga, MUV SF, GR, Kashi Vishwanath) are running in between BSB-Delhi along with countless other trains?

Rajdhani express connects state capital with national capital but it isn't important that rajhdani must originate from the state capital, it may also pass via state capital like DBRG Rajdhani does.

And for your second point Shiv Ganga passes from other route, GR isn't daily and KV is very slow and I created this for premium connectivity between Delhi to Varansi.

Removed red but not giving green as I'm still not convinced of the Raj type. Had it been a ACSF then green from me. And better not to compare DBRG Raj with any one else. North-East is a different situation.

Raipur doesn't have enough maintenance facility to cater a Rajdhani. That's why Rajdhani was extended up to Bilaspur.
