Suppose, I've an e ticket. Train is running more than 3 hrs late. How to get full refund?
make sure train must have departed from the station, dont file TDR before train's departing time of ur boarding station...
My BP is MAS. Train MAS HWH MAIL. 23rd July's Train will depart from MAS @2am on 24th July. Now when I should cancel my ticket?
You should file TDR after charting & before dep of train...
