AbhiKannadiga~ 5694 blog postsEagerly waiting to travel in speedster of Konkan Railway The Madgaon Janshatabdi on 3 August 2015. Finally got conclusions to catch janshatabdi at dadar, travelling from Bengaluru. Taking SBC-GIMB express from SBC to MRJ and Maharashtra express till pune and 11036 or 16382 there to reach dadar before 5am, this chain is safe na frnds.

Your wish. My plan via VKB is only suggestive in nature and makes you you spend the most amount of time inside a train than outside. And BTW, travelling GEN in a train headed towards metros on weekends is not such a good idea.
After all confusions came to an conclusion of having good RF trip in south-western and Konkan ghats, booked tkts in 16210-Mysore-Ajmer express till pune 4-5hrs in waiting room and pune to dadar in 11028-chennai Mumbai mail, around 2hrs wait and board 12051-Mao janshatabdi reach madgaon at 4pm again 5hrs wait and board 17310-Vasco-yesvantpur bi-weekly reaching home on Sunday.

Sirji... 12051 JNS runs quite slow during Monsoons.....Takes almost 2 hours extra to cover the same distance due to Monsoon TT effect.

Sir even if it runs around 3-4hrs late I can catch Vasco-yesvantpur express at Mao which leaves at 9:25pm.
