What is the eligibility to book ticket under "YUVA" quota.
In itctc web site there is no provision to book ticket under yuva quota ?

not many yuva quota seats are booked and hence all remaining seats unbooked under this quota is released to general quota (i.e. full money paying passengers).
if you are eligible for yuva quota, go to the nearest passenger reservation centre with documentary proofs and book a ticket. else, you can book a normal ticket without getting the quota fare. Quota fares are cheaper - 299 /399 whereas normal fares are more.
