Yes! GM actually supplied 10 WDP4 locos (#20000 to #20009) in Jun-2001. From Apr-2002, DLW started manufacturing these locomotives. GM also supplied 21 WDG-4 (in 2 lots) and later on DLW started producing them. More details are available at IRFCA FAQ click here
