INTERCITY Express
Presently, there is no strict definition of “Intercity Express” on Indian Railways. However, around 150 pairs of train services running across the country may be treated as Intercity Express.

They can introduce a new fare scheme for InterCity trains and all JS can be included with IC.
In regards to fare the decessions will be fast and quick like how in converting Tatkal spl to Special Trains
