Naming of trains to human persons is not acceptable as policy by IR... otherwise, Gandhi Express, Shastri Express, Ambedkar Express, and even Vajpayee Express etc.. would come into fray... that should not be the situation... that is why a train was not named 'Thiruvallular Express' but termed 'Thirukkural Express', I suppose ...
