Suri~ 7928 blog postsGreat train. First time seeing a connectivity between western mumbai region with pune and that too overnight. Great WR. Aisi koi train regular ho jaye toh Borivali-pune shivneri ki demand bahut reduce kar jayegi.

WR trying something new and innovative. Its the 1st train connecting pune to velankanni.
This is not new...last year also i have seen smiliar kind of weekly spl from BDTS towards SR via PUNE-GTL

Mr sumanth i have got your reply earlier and i have hit "thanks" also on that post. I know very well that WR runs special trains to konkan and karnataka via vasai road every year during ganpati season. But this train is till velankanni, that's why it's bit different. This route that is from WR (BDTS/BVI/BCT/BSR) to konkan or south india or pune side, no trains run at all. Only once a day a train like this runs as a special, not as a regular train. So this train is new and every year WR runs this kind of train, but only for limited time.

Last year also it run as a spl train with reversal at Vasai road,i am ust trying to make you aware that there is possiblitly for BDTS to PUNE connection
Yes no regular train from BDTS runs to GTL,but only for Velankani spl i wonder why WR consider with reversal at Vasai road
