Date 02/08/2015 - 12501 ALD se 0230hrs late chal rahi thi.Jab ye train SYWN station ko cross ker rahi thi toh wahaa ke station master ne dekha ki coach no. NF 98051 ke chhat per AC ke cover 4X3 (approx) ka nut aur bolt dheele ho jaane ke karan chalti train ki disha ke veeparit box ke dhakan khule ke jesa ho raha tha jo kabhi bhi OHE se lag sakta tha. Ye dekh ker SYWN ke SM ne BRE SM ko suchna diya. BRE ke SM ne 12501 ko loop line mei de diya aur OHE ke power band ker diya. Iske bad technician ne uss cover ko khul ke coach se alag ker diya. Ye puri parikriya mei gaadi 1hr aur late ho gayi. Lekin ek bada Accident hone se rok liya gaya.

Dated 02/08/2015 - 12501 was due late by 0230hrs after departing from ALD and was heading towards CNB for next schedule halt. On the way to CNB when 12501 crossed SYWN, SM of SYWN SM saw unusual condition of AC coach NF 98051 of 12501 , Cover of AC was suspended due to loosen of Nuts and Bolts. As soon this was spotted by SM he informed to BRE SM , Understanding the situation SM of BRE allowed 12501 to loop line and carried out the possible rectification of the problem and showed alertness towards the service. A major accident was averted.
