No idea buddy..But the news suggest so "नई योजना के तहत वाराणसी से सुल्तानपुर और प्रतापगढ़ रूट से दिल्ली-मुरादाबाद को जाने वाली गाड़ियां यहां शिफ्ट की जाएंगी"

They must delusional to think that anyone, especially from indira nagar and gomti nagar are going that far to catch a train. If they do shift some important trains, they will simply stop existing for majority of Lko passengers.
