U clarified me regarding Pune division,thanks bhai...but Iam asking regarding In GTL-RU-MAS section
Oh! Ok! Whenever a new weekly train in introduced (or summer / holiday special) is announced, the intermediate stations (Pune or GTL in this case) are not usually ready to allow loco change at their station / zone. The reasons being: They may not have free / extra / spare E or D Loco available at their station. There may not be crew change at that station and if true, loco change will not happen (as new loco will need new crew). The train may be reaching at odd time at that station and loco attachment / detachment staff may not be available (to facilitate loco change). Loco stabling (after it is "cut" and till the time return train is coming to back at that station) may be issue. In addition, there may be D Vs E Lobby issues!
