Today's (Wednesday, 19-Aug-2015) ADI-Pune Duronto came to Pune on PF2 at morning 07:20 hrs with usual Amul liveried BRC WAP5 # 30056 AC Loco! Photo 1 & 3 shows loco / train arriving on PF2. Photo 2 shows loco going back to ETS where kids requesting loco pilot to allow them to ride inside loco (which was of course denied by loco pilots giving smiling look)!

I think PUNE is the first place in IR to witness all sorts BG electric locomotives. Regarding diesel it should be MS mostly.

Maybe because 30056 is fitted with Alternate Drive Gear Assembly in place of the usual Hurth Coupling :) And WR probably was testing them in the ghats. Not sure.
Its gear ratio is still 67:35:17 and MPS is 160.
