I have new idea relating to fine syestem of Indian railways. I feel when a person enters into a train fine is not the right solition to stop the wrongdoer as i see many people escaping from giving any fines. Rather i feel their should be an onboard ticketing syestem by TTE. Any person without ticket will be asked to pay the amount of that particular class from one station to other rather than paying any extra charge as fine. In this way people will be more willing to pay cost of tickets rather than running away from fines. It will also give more income to railways than fine system as less people will be running away from paying. Even in many cases people dont have time to wait in lenghthy lines so they prefer going withou tickets. What you people have say??

Just coz of heavy fine provision, traveler try their best to board with valid ticket..else it gonna be all chaos & revenue leakage (TTE will collect mid-way charge not...
