Its is worth noticing once thing that Kozhikode in the recent past has been probably the only station in PGT division, where lots of things have come up for passengers ....namely escalators, nano car, new complex etc etc. Even Palghat junction which is closest to the divisional headquarters doesnt have some of them.
Good to see CLT getting all the facilities. Only hope that now the pit line comes up so that more trains can at least start & terminate

Yes. CLT recently improved a lot. Pitline may be difficult to get.
More chance of getting pitline is for CAN eventhough a distance dream. All depends on political influence. Last time CLT MP was trying to get a pitline at CLT, whereas Ex-MP was sleeping for CAN. Pitline for CAN was the oldest demand. Even though it was approved technically, finally rejected mentioning as estimate is at higher end)
