why irctc website is not working? when it will work.. i have to take ticket printout for evening train..
you can speak to customer care executive over phone and give your user-id or transaction-id, they will send the ticket to the registered mail id in word format.
Your ticket confirmation mail must have been sent to your registered email id by IRCTC and printout of the same will be good enough to produce before TTE.
