If i am remembering correctly a massive offlink with P7 BIA goes to Adi section with Puri Adi express and BIA is not far then 900KM from Hwh side so that HWH can be take these Locos to SER SRC shed after Conversion of SRC shed compatible to 3 phase loco Ajni is good but it have less number of P7 which all are distributed to all india, so i think BIA is in shed which is currently not in use even with Amarkantak Bia P7 just roam on home network ie DURG BSP only and one BIA p7 run with JS on RIG G section, another one is run with Raipur Korba passenger and 1 runs with BSP NGP ICE. there is still some BIA p-7 resting on ELS BIA,

If a super crawler with huge halts or a superfast Mail/Express train with tight schedule gets WAP-7 is beneficial but Jnaneshwari Deluxe is neither a crawler nor has tight schedule so WAP-4 will be enough untill & unless three phase locos are abundant in IR. There are many different scenarios in various zones, so if we keep the matter of Jnaneshwari Deluxe getting an white elephant separate then perhaps I hope you may get my point. C.Rly must instead provide WAP-7s to trains like Punjab Mail, Pushpak Exp, Gitanjali Exp, Kurla Shalimar Exp, Kushinagar Exp, Vidarbha Exp (after a little bit of speeding up).
Another point is SER does not have WAP-7/5 & CR too has less number of them mostly employed

in CSTM-ET/NGP sections, lending WAP-7 to 12101/02 has very bleak chances...
Thanks!

12152 schedule commands a WAP-7 but 12151 is a big turn off in the name of SF, so better WAP-7 contenders are 12860/59 & 12262/61 (I'm excluding 12102/01 because of their huge amount of slack available that makes them less aggressive, hence no white elephants for it)
All are invited to voice their opinions & disagreement...
Thanks!

12102 Is A lot faster Than 12152 thats why I can understand Slack Think about 12102 said by you ! :) Both 12102 and 52 are having good TTs according to me 12152 is also Via Bankura. I think 12102 and 12152 are both good Contenders and they have the best chance because they belong to CR where as Mail Belongs to SER and Has an SER link so it will be tough to compromise that ! :)
