One of the finest train i have ever travelled. Majority of the coaches were new ones fitted with bio toilets & charging points were present in each coupes.Coaches were very well maintained & cleaning staffs had done a good job. They sprayed room freshners & even sprayed insect killer when we complained about mosquitos & small cockroaches around our berth.
Although it happens to be one of most loved and favorite trains
...
Over the time after getting new coaches, Saraighat has improved from leaps and bounds in terms of cleanliness for sure.....
Earlier it was extremely pathetic in terms of cleanliness

Of course it does, bt its jus a matter of dinner. People can manage a meal anyhow. But if it could carry 72 passengers extra, in my opinion would be more useful. There are trains that run 3 days without pantry car. For Koaa ghy stretch, pantry is not a must have necessity
